SubOrganizer

Know exactly what you're subscribed to — and what it costs.

What SubOrganizer is

SubOrganizer is a mobile app for tracking subscriptions. It keeps every recurring payment you have in one place, works out what they cost you each month, and reminds you before each one is charged — so you can decide whether to keep paying while there is still time to cancel.

Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget, and most people underestimate how many they have. SubOrganizer exists to make the full list visible, with a real number attached to it.

Why SubOrganizer asks for Gmail access

Connecting Gmail is optional — the app works fully without it. If you do connect it, SubOrganizer asks for read-only access and uses it for one thing: recognising subscriptions from receipts, welcome emails and cancellation notices, so the ones you have forgotten about appear in your list alongside the ones you added yourself.

It reads those emails on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the contents of your email are never stored. Only the subscription details you review and approve are saved — a name, an amount, a renewal date. It can never send, delete or change your mail, and you can disconnect at any time.

SubOrganizer's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
